Integration for OTA reviews is something we are actively exploring together with Visit. The challenge is that OTAs often limit access to guest names and email addresses, which are required to connect a review to the correct guest profile.

How quickly and easily can you get started?

Getting started is fast, many hotels are live within a few days.

Most of the implementation process typically depends on how the hotel prefers to introduce the solution internally.

Many hotels choose to have a short introduction session for department managers or staff, but the system is intuitive and generally does not require extensive training.

This framework has been developed together with legal experts and the legal teams of our first customer hotels.

 

How does guest profile merging work?

Guest XP uses AI to automatically identify and merge duplicate guest profiles when the match confidence is high enough.

In cases where the match is less certain, the system can suggest potential matches that hotel staff can easily review.

This happens relatively rarely and typically requires minimal manual handling.

How does the guest profile work in VisBook?

Guest XP creates a 360-degree guest profile that is displayed directly within VisBook.

The profile is based on data from VisBook and can be enriched with information from other sources, such as reviews.

This additional data enriches the guest profile in Guest XP but does not modify the existing customer record in VisBook.

Can you see different types of guest visits?

Yes.

Guest XP shows activity for multiple types of visits, including:

  • Hotel stays
  • Restaurant visits
  • Spa or day visits
