
Visit Awards celebrate the people and experiences that stand out. Taking place during Visit Summit, the awards highlight six winners, three chosen by guest data, and three selected by a jury based on nominations. Will your team be on stage this year?
Open to all Visit customers, the awards are split between guest-driven awards, based on data from 50+ review platforms, and jury-selected awards, where you can be nominated by others or even nominate yourself.

Recognizes a brand who, through collaboration within the Visit Ecosystem, has elevated the guest experience or helped strengthen their destination.

Innovator of The Year
Awarded to a customer who has improved the guest experience in a truly innovative way.

Impact Award
Honors a customer making a meaningful difference. Socially, environmentally, or both, leaving a lasting positive impact on their community.

Best Stay
Recognizes the hotel/accommodation provider whose guests have rated them highest across reviews and ratings throughout the year. Based on our innovative Traveller Experience Score (TES).

Best Experience
Recognizes experience provider (Amusement Park, Ski Destination, Tour etc.) whose guests have rated them highest across reviews and ratings throughout the year. Based on our innovative Traveller Experience Score (TES).

Best Ferry Operator
Recognizes the ferry operator whose guests have rated them highest across reviews and ratings throughout the year. Based on our innovative Traveller Experience Score (TES).

Using data collected over a full year, we analyze results through our reputation management tool (Visit Reputation) and the Traveller Experience Score (TES), a unique scoring model that combines both ratings and reviews from 50+ sources.
